Youi is seeking a Home Assessor to inspect damaged homes, determine repair methods on-site, and document findings to guide repairs. The role involves field and desktop assessments, customer-facing explanations, and strong collaboration with repairers to keep schedules on track.
You will travel across the Southern Gold Coast, from Burleigh to Coolangatta and surrounding areas, building relationships with customers and the repair network while upholding high service standards.
Annual salary + company car and incentives
You'll love this role if you're already used to standing in a customer's driveway explaining what needs to happen next, working through scopes with builders and keeping repairs moving when timeframes matter.
As a Home Assessor, most days start with a booked run sheet of site visits. You'll travel to damaged homes, inspect what's happened and confirm the appropriate repair method based on what you see. Some visits are straightforward while others require a more detailed, hands-on assessment, examining damage from accessible areas, identifying moisture paths and reviewing previous repairs that haven't held.
You'll spend time face to face with customers, explaining what happens next and being clear about the outcome. While this is an on-road assessing role, there will also be times where you complete assessments from your desktop. You will also cultivate and sustain strong relationships with our customers and repairer network, all while upholding a high standard of customer service to represent the Youi brand.
You'll be servicing across the Southern Gold Coast, from approximately Burleigh to Coolangatta and surrounding areas.
