Job summary

Alloggio is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end properties in Caloundra and beyond, ensuring they are well maintained and beautifully presented for owners and guests alike.

You will deliver exceptional property care, develop strong owner relations, manage a network of contractors, and enhance guest experiences through proactive service and problem solving. A current driver's licence is required, and prior short-term rental experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build local relationships.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks.
• Experience conducting property-related repairs.
• Growth mindset for improving property presentation and performance.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Property Care: inspections, repairs, maintenance and presentation across properties.
• Develop Strong Owner Relations: act as direct point of contact for property owners and build trust.
• Vendor Management: coordinate contractors and tradespeople for repairs and services.
• Enhance Client Experiences: manage guest and owner requests, issues or disputes.

As a Property Manager/CSE, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring they are well maintained and beautifully presented to meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections and repairs to maintenance and presentation, you'll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.
• Develop Strong Owner Relations: As a direct point of contact for property owners, you will build trustworthy, strong and lasting relationships.
• Vendor Management: Effectively manage a wide range of contractors and tradespeople to ensure specialised repairs, maintenance and services are carried out as needed.
• Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.
