RATIONALE in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Holiday Host to deliver exceptional client service and authentic skincare experiences across flagship locations. You will join an Education-led team, learn our formulations, and help guests feel radiant. Prior retail or beauty service is valued; a Diploma of Beauty Therapy is welcome but not required.

This fixed-term role offers potential permanent placement and a supportive, growth-focused culture.

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in beauty or retail settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse clients.

• You will deliver the highest level of customer service and provide memorable + authentic experiences to ensure each Client leaves feeling their best with our signature glow.

• There will be opportunities for permanent placements following this fixed-term role.

The role of a Holiday Host requires a passion in customer service, skin, and beauty. Whether you’re looking to commence a career in the beauty industry, are currently studying a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or already have experience in retail and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
