Job summary

L’Occitane Australia is seeking a Beauty Host to join our Sydney boutique. You’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering elevated customer service and memorable guest moments, including hand massages and skincare consultations. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.

You should have at least 1 year of retail skincare or fragrance experience, be a team player, professional, and results-driven. You’ll develop product knowledge and help maintain boutique standards and engaging client

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments like hand massages and consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane’s products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

About the role:

As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor - you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of memorable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive boutique team to deliver consistent, elevated customer service and contribute to boutique performance targets.

You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends.
