Job summary

ULTIQA Lifestyle is seeking a Holiday Consultant to be the first point of contact for members, offering personalised reservations support, holiday planning and travel solutions.

You will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, exchanges and partner products, and tailor options to member needs while delivering excellent service and achieving quality and sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, membership services or contact centre is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills.

About the Role

As a Holiday Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing personalised reservations support, holiday planning assistance and travel-related solutions.

• Manage inbound and outbound member enquiries. All calls are from or to our Members Data Base.
• Assist with holiday bookings, exchanges and partner travel products
• Understand members’ needs and recommend suitable holiday options
• Deliver excellent service while working towards quality and sales goals
• Maintain accurate member and booking records across multiple systems

About You

You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You communicate clearly, learn systems quickly and are comfortable balancing service with sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience

Highly regarded

• Experience in travel, hospitality, membership services or a contact centre

Roster Requirements

Flexible availability across a 5-day roster, including Saturdays (4 hrs), is essential.
