Ultiqa Management in Varsity Lakes is seeking a Holiday Consultant to provide personalised reservations support, holiday planning assistance and travel-related solutions for members.

You will manage member enquiries, assist with bookings and exchanges, balance service with sales, and maintain accurate records across systems. Flexible 5-day roster including Saturdays; join a positive, collaborative team with discounted holidays and development opportunities.

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.

About the Role

As a Holiday Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing personalised reservations support, holiday planning assistance and travel-related solutions.

• Manage inbound and outbound member enquiries. All calls are from or to our Members Data Base.
• Assist with holiday bookings, exchanges and partner travel products
• Understand members’ needs and recommend suitable holiday options
• Deliver excellent service while working towards quality and sales goals
• Maintain accurate member and booking records across multiple systems

About You

You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You communicate clearly, learn systems quickly and are comfortable balancing service with sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience

Highly regarded

• Experience in travel, hospitality, membership services or a contact centre
• Experience using reservation, CRM or membership systems
• Qualifications in travel, tourism, hospitality, business or a related discipline

Roster Requirements

Flexible availability across a 5-day roster, including Saturdays (4 hrs), is essential.
