Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a client-facing Associate Adviser in Melbourne to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and support senior advisers across investment portfolios, superannuation, retirement planning and complex wealth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Associate Adviser or similar in wealth management or financial advice.
• Progress toward PY to become a fully qualified adviser.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with HNW clients.
• Qualifications in financial planning, finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisers in managing and developing relationships with HNW clients.
• Attend client meetings, prepare advice recommendations and contribute to strategic financial discussions.
• Assist in development and implementation of tailored investment and wealth management strategies.
• Prepare and review advice documentation, financial modelling and portfolio recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
• Build technical expertise across a diverse range of investment products and financial solutions.
