Job summary

Compas seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support Digital Health & HL7 FHIR initiatives, with a focus on interoperability, requirements and stakeholder engagement. Location focused across ACT, with the contract spanning 8 months and potential extension.

You will lead discovery, translate HL7 FHIR standards into clear business requirements and outcomes, analyse processes and risks, and collaborate across business, policy, technical and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex business analysis and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across policy, business and technical teams.
• Understanding of HL7 FHIR and digital health interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, elicitation, modelling and impact assessments for initiatives.
• Translate HL7 FHIR and interoperability requirements into clear business outcomes.
