Job summary

Lucas Collective in Sydney is seeking experienced Bartenders skilled in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge to join Chin Chin Sydney and its venues. The role requires full availability, the ability to work 38 hours, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

You will join a supportive team with tailored training and clear opportunities to grow within Lucas Collective.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge
• Extensive wine knowledge advantageous
• Drive for beverage service
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Proactive, strong work ethic with a can do attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate

Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages including cocktails, spirits, and wine with precision in a high-volume setting
• Provide outstanding service with focus on presentation and guest experience
• Maintain grooming standards and a proactive, can-do attitude throughout shifts
