Job summary

Paragon Recruitment is seeking a High Voltage Specialist - Transformers for Sydney with relocation support. The role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining HV transformers and switchgear across client sites nationwide.

You will travel across Australia, have support for qualification transfer and relocation, and join a safety-first team offering career growth, ongoing training on advanced equipment, and a competitive salary plus super.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification (Electrician, Electrical Fitter, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of field service or electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Full Australian Driver’s license (or ability to obtain).
• Safety-conscious and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain high-voltage transformers and associated equipment.
• Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Travel across Australia to client sites (relocation and travel support provided).
• Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation.
