Job summary

Mader Group is seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrician to join our Queensland mining equipment maintenance team. You will inspect, diagnose and repair electrical systems on a diverse fleet of heavy mining machinery across remote and on-site mine sites.

Key assets include working on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment. You will leverage your High Voltage Switching Ticket and safety mindset to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrician
• Current High Voltage Switching Ticket
• Experience on mining haul trucks
• Experience maintaining heavy mining equipment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mining equipment across Queensland sites
• Work on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment

We're currently seeking experienced High Voltage Electricians to join our Queensland operations, working on some of the largest and most advanced mining equipment in the industry.

About the Role:

As a High Voltage Electrician with Mader, you'll be part of a highly skilled team maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale mining equipment across Queensland mine sites.

Working on a diverse fleet of heavy mining machinery, including:

• CAT Mining Equipment

• Komatsu Haul Trucks (930E experience highly regarded)

• Hitachi Mining Equipment

• Liebherr Mining Equipment

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the best tradespeople in the industry.

What You'll Bring:
