Job summary

JLE Group, part of Maas Group Holdings, is seeking a Workshop Electrical Supervisor based in Newcastle. The role oversees electrical manufacturing activities in the workshop, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery in line with client specs and Australian standards.

You will lead a team and coordinate schedules to hit milestones. Experience in workshop supervision and strong leadership are essential, along with current electrical licensing and a white card.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in electrical engineering or electrotechnology is required.
• Current Electrical Licence is required.
• Current Construction White Card is required.
• Demonstrated workshop supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop personnel to achieve production, safety, quality and productivity objectives.
• Provide daily direction and support to Leading Hands, Electricians, Apprentices and Trades Assistants.
• Coordinate daily workshop activities and manufacturing schedules.
