Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking an experienced High Voltage Specialist to join our Technical Training team as Technical Trainer - High Voltage Specialist. You will be the in-house expert for HV and BEV technology, delivering training to customers and staff and supporting new machine introductions.

This role develops training materials, provides specialist support, and cross-skills across Epiroc's product range for underground and surface mining equipment. Travel across Australia is required.

Qualifications

• HV electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated HV experience in mining/heavy equipment or related industries.
• Strong understanding of HV safety systems, isolation procedures, diagnostics and fault finding.
• Experience working with BEV systems or electrified mining equipment.
• Experience delivering technical guidance, mentoring or knowledge transfer in operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across Australia to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HV and BEV technical training programs to customers and internal staff.
• Conduct classroom, workshop and field-based training sessions.
• Develop and maintain HV/BEV training materials, assessments and resources.
• Act as internal subject matter expert for HV and electrified mining equipment.
• Support machine commissioning, onboarding and capability development for customers.
• Provide technical guidance for HV-related inquiries from customers and colleagues.
• Develop competency across Epiroc's underground and surface equipment portfolio.
• Deliver mechanical maintenance training where required.
