Qualifications

• TAFE or University qualifications in science or related field.
• Genuine interest in the science industry and laboratory work.
• Ability to work in a high-throughput, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse soil, water and sediment samples.
• Follow ALS Quality Work Instructions for procedures and tasks.
• Organise tasks to maximise daily efficiencies and meet analysis timelines.
• Complete tasks within supervisor-defined timeframes and standards.
• Highlight anomalies in results and sample behavior.
• Be willing to be cross trained in other lab sections.
