Job summary

King's Christian College in Logan Village is seeking a Learning Enrichment Coordinator for the High School to lead the Learning Enrichment team and oversee inclusive education practices. The successful candidate will be a committed Christian educator with strong interpersonal skills, experience in leadership, and a proven ability to maintain accurate student records aligned to NCCD requirements.

This full-time permanent role requires collaboration with staff, families, and external professionals

Qualifications

• Experience leading an inclusive education program and coordinating NCCD processes.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and data-management skills.
• Commitment to Christian education and school ethos.
• Current QCT registration.
• Experience across both primary and secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCCD process with accurate data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with teachers and Educational Support Officers to identify reasonable adjustments.
• Provide coaching and PD on inclusive practices and NCCD obligations.
• Maintain confidential student records and adjust plans.
• Liaise with parents, caregivers and external professionals to support student outcomes.
• Contribute to whole-school inclusion policies and procedures.
