Action Workforce Pty. is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a busy Truganina warehouse and distribution site in Melbourne's outer west. You will handle white goods and large appliances, with clamp/grab attachments and nightly shift training as required.

HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS – TRUGANINA

Action Workforce are currently sourcing experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse and distribution site in Truganina, handling a range of white goods and large appliances.

This is a 7-day operation, so shift patterns may vary, and weekend work will be required as part of the roster.

Night Shift Operators: Training will need to be completed on either the AM or PM shift before transitioning to the night shift.

Afternoon Shift Operators: Training will be completed on the PM shift, however candidates will need to commence on the AM shift for site induction.

Pay rates are as follows:

• PM Shift – $44.25/hr
• Night Shift – $48.99/hr
• Saturday – $55.31/hr
• Sunday – $71.12/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating high reach forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.
• Using clamp and grab attachments to safely handle white goods and large appliances.
• Put-away and retrieval of stock
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Moving stock between receiving, storage, picking and dispatch areas.
• Picking and staging orders for dispatch.
• Handling large and bulky products carefully to prevent damage.
• Checking product labels, quantities and stock locations.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

We are looking for:

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence.
• Demonstrated High Reach forklift experience with clamp/grab attachment highly desirable
• Experience working in a high volume warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience handling large or bulky products.
• Must be available for either afternoon or night shift, with the ability to complete training on day or afternoon shift.
• Be willing and able to work weekends
