Programmed is seeking reliable forklift Operators for a leading logistics provider in Truganina, Melbourne. You will operate counterbalance forklifts, load/unload, stocktake, pick/pack with RF scanners, and dispatch goods.

A valid LF licence with 1 year of high-reach experience is required, along with full work rights in Australia and availability for Monday–Friday 1pm–9pm shifts. Safety-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to warehouse operations and efficiency.

Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated forklift Operators to join a leading global supply chain and logistics company based in Truganina, Melbourne.

Our client is a well-established logistics provider specialising in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, distribution, freight management, and inventory operations. With a large-scale warehouse network and a strong focus on safety, innovation, and operational excellence, they support some of the world’s leading brands across various industries.

Successful applicants must have a current Valid LF licence with at least 1 year of experience operating counterbalance forklifts, must have full work rights to work in Australia, and must be available Monday - Friday for Afternoon shift (1pm - 9pm).

About the Role / Key Responsibilities:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts
• Loading and Unloading duties trucks / containers
• Stocktake & Stock Replenishment
• Picking & Packing Orders with RF Scanners
• Receiving and Dispatch duties
• Manually lifting up to 20kg at least

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have a Current Valid LF Licence with minimum 1 year of high reach forklift experience
• Must have a strong warehousing background with a consistent work history
• Must have experience working in a fast paced environment keeping up with KPI's
• Must be reliable and available to commit to Monday - Friday Afternoon shifts
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
