Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading global supply chain and logistics company based in Truganina, Melbourne. You will operate a High Reach forklift safely and efficiently, load/unload freight, manage stock, and use warehouse systems.

Requirements: LF Licence, 6 months High Reach experience, Double Deep preferred; training may be provided. Own vehicle and Australian working rights required. Training and upskilling opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight.
• Handle stock with racking up to 8 pallets high (≈14 metres).
• Sort and organise stock in the warehouse.
• Use computer systems to locate and track stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Programmed is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a leading global supply chain and logistics company based in Truganina, Melbourne.

Our client is a well-established logistics provider specialising in end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing, distribution, freight management and inventory operations. With a large-scale warehouse network and a strong focus on safety, innovation and operational excellence, they support some of the world's leading brands across various industries.

What's on offer

• Location: Truganina, Melbourne
• Pay rate: $39.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday, with possible weekend overtime
• Training and upskilling opportunities

About your new role

• Operating a High Reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Working with racking systems up to 8 pallets high (approximately 14 metres)
• Loading and unloading freight
• Sorting and organising stock
• Completing general warehouse and manual handling duties
• Using computer systems to locate and track stock
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

About you

• Current LF Licence (essential)
• Minimum 6 months of High Reach forklift operating experience
• Double Deep experience preferred; training may be provided for suitable candidates
• Comfortable working at heights
• Own reliable vehicle required
• Full Australian working rights
• Punctual, reliable and safety-focused
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
