Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd in Hornsby, Sydney, is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a day shift. You will operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts, load/unload deliveries, and move stock through production and warehouse areas.

Ideal candidates hold a current LF forklift licence, have RF scanning and stock control experience, and are safety‑driven, reliable, and able to work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LF forklift licence.
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience in warehouse, FMCG or manufacturing.
• RF scanning and stock control experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Understanding of WHS and workplace safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Team player and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and deliveries.
• Move raw materials, packaging and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Receive, put away and replenish stock.
• Pick, wrap, label and stage pallets for dispatch.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for stock movements.
• Complete daily forklift pre-start safety checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators experience to join a busy warehouse and production team.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

• $37 per hour
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift
• Hornsby location
• Warehouse and production environment
• Opportunity to work with an established FMCG manufacturer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
