Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a busy Hornsby warehouse and production environment. The role offers a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a pay rate of $37 per hour.

You will operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, load and unload, move stock, and support production lines while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift licence is essential.
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous warehouse/FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred.
• RF scanning and stock control experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move materials and finished goods through the facility.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Receive, store and replenish stock.
• Pick, wrap, label and stage pallets for dispatch.
• Use RF scanners and WMS for stock movements.
• Carry out daily forklift safety checks.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators experience to join a busy warehouse and production team.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and deliveries.
• Move raw materials, packaging and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Receive, put away and replenish stock.
• Pick, wrap, label and stage pallets for dispatch.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems for stock movements.
• Complete daily forklift pre-start safety checks.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow all site safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current LF Forklift Licence - essential.
• Demonstrated experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous warehouse, FMCG or manufacturing experience.
• RF scanning and stock control experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent understanding of WHS and workplace safety.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
