Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for day and afternoon shifts at a Dandenong South Melbourne area site. Responsibilities include forklift operation, RF picking, loading/unloading freight and inventory tasks.

Applicants must hold a valid LF forklift licence, be able to work Monday to Friday, have prior high reach or counterbalance experience, and bring own PPE. Drug and alcohol screening will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid LF forklift licence is required.
• Experience with high reach or counterbalance forklifts preferred.
• Ability to pass fitness for work and drug/alcohol screening.
• Own PPE: steel capped boots and high-visibility clothing.
• Commitment to ongoing work and a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload freight from vehicles using forklift.
• Conduct RF scanning for picking and inventory checks.
• Perform stocktakes, cycle counts and palletising tasks.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the warehouse.

Labourpower has partnered with a leading logistics and supply chain provider based in Dandenong and currently seeking for experience High Reach Forklift Operators for Day shift and Afternoon shift.

Your main responsibilities will include forklift operation including counterbalance and high reach, loading and unloading freight from vehicles via forklift, picking via RF scanning, stocktake, cycle counts, palletising, administration, and inventory, as well as general duties around the warehouse.

To be successful for the role you will require the following:

• A valid Forklift Licence – LF class
• Ability to work Monday – Friday consistently is a MUST
• previous high reach or counterbalance forklift experience
• Able to commit to ongoing work
• An excellent attitude
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Physically fit; capable of bending and lifting
• Your own reliable transport
• Own PPE: including steel capped boots & High-Vis
