Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking skilled High Reach Forklift Drivers with Counterbalance experience for a warehouse team in Silverwater, NSW. Roles run Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with a pay rate of $34.96 per hour plus super.

On-the-job training, overtime potential, and a safe, supportive environment are offered. Responsibilities include operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, RF scanning for picking, replenishment, receiving/dispatch, pallet wrapping and labeling, and light manual handling

Qualifications

• Valid High-Risk Work LF licence required.
• Experience operating High Reach forklift with counterbalance.
• Warehousing and distribution knowledge.
• Commitment to ongoing work assignments (Mon–Fri).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet demand and daily targets.
• High attention to detail.

• Operate High Reach & Counterbalance Forklifts – Toyota BT.
• Use RF scanners to pick products.
• Conduct replenishment and putaways.
• Receive and dispatch goods.
• Pallet wrapping and labelling.
• Manual handling up to 25kg.
• Computer admin experience required.
