Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Drivers to support its expanding operations in Dandenong South, VIC. You’ll operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, load and unload trucks, strap loads and follow safety procedures in a safety‑driven warehouse.

The role offers Day and Afternoon shifts, competitive hourly rates, overtime opportunities, training and upskilling, onsite parking and close-to-home location, with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience operating high-reach forklifts.
• Valid LF High Risk Work Licence.
• Experience in warehousing, transport or distribution.

Available Shifts

• Day shifts

Your Duties Will Include

• Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Strapping trucks
• Manual handling of items weighing up to 25kg
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Need

• A valid LF High Risk Work Licence
• Previous counterbalance and/or high-reach forklift experience
• Experience within warehousing, transport or distribution
• The physical ability to undertake manual handling duties
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• A positive, safety-conscious attitude
• The ability to obtain or pass a police check
• Full availability for your nominated shift
