Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY in Sydney is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for a long-term distribution role at Arndell Park. The shift is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a clear path to higher earnings after completing a fully funded Dangerous Goods Certification.

You will operate high reach forklifts, load/unload trucks, manage RF scanning and stock movements, assist with cool room picking and packing, and perform general warehouse duties while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Strong High Reach forklift experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Commitment to workplace safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts (Toyota and/or Linde).
• Load and unload trucks; perform stock movements.
• RF scanning and inventory control in the warehouse.
• Cool room picking and packing; rotate with the team.
• General warehouse duties and pallet breakdowns.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating High Reach forklifts (Toyota and/or Linde)
• Loading and unloading trucks
• RF scanning and stock movements
• Cool room picking and packing (rotated across the team)
• Rework and pallet breakdowns
• Manual handling of products up to 25kg
• General warehouse duties as required
