Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY in Arndell Park is looking for an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a globally recognised brand. This hands-on warehouse role includes loading and unloading trucks, picking and pallet breakdown, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will operate High Reach forklifts (Toyota/Linde), work Monday to Friday, and support general warehouse duties. A LF licence and strong safety mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence is required and high reach experience essential.
• RF scanners and warehouse systems experience preferred.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts to move goods and load/unload trucks.
• Perform pick, packing and pallet breakdown tasks as needed.
• Assist with goods handling in cool rooms and general warehouse duties.

Shift :9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We're currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a well-known global brand based in Arndell Park. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with genuine career development and earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on warehouse role that includes:

• High Reach forklift operation (Toyota and/or Linde)
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Manual pick
• Cool room picking and packing (rotated so it's fair)
• Rework and pallet breakdowns
• Manual handling, including lifting up to 25kg
• General warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Strong High Reach forklift experience
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
