Netball NSW is offering a paid Team Operations Assistant internship at Netball Central, Sydney. The role supports elite training delivery, facilities, equipment, and staff to help players perform at their best.

You will work closely with coaches, performance staff, athletes and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. The internship runs from ASAP start through August 2027 with opportunities to develop skills in sport operations and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Set up training sessions with equipment, court layout, and hydration.
• Pack down training areas and store equipment.
• Support player grocery requirements and supplies.
• Assist with kit management, distribution, stocktake, and labelling.
• Maintain change rooms, preparation rooms, and team spaces.
• Complete laundry duties for training kit and towels.
• Restock fridges, hydration areas, snacks, and medical supplies.
• Support general team operations before, during, and after training and matches.
• Assist staff with ad hoc operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Help dietitian prepare post-training smoothies for athletes.
