• Plan and implement high impact teaching strategies and evaluate impact.
• Monitor and assess student learning using data to inform teaching practice and provide feedback.
• Establish collaborative relationships with students, parents and the community.
• Reflect on practice and engage in professional learning to improve teaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Develop, implement and evaluate curriculum programs within the school.
• Undertake other classroom duties as determined by the school principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings and school activities.
• Supervise and train one or more student teachers.
