Job summary

PYBAR Mining Services is seeking experienced Front Line Jumbo Operators for Hillgrove Mine. You will operate underground jumbo equipment, with exposure to service crew, bogging and charge up tasks, contributing to safe, efficient underground development.

This full-time FIFO/DIDO role includes meals and on-site accommodation, flights, and opportunities for training and career progression. NSW explosives clearance is beneficial; a manual Australian driver's licence and a National Police Clearance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in underground Jumbo operations (Sandvik 422i experience essential).
• Experience in Bogging, Charge up and Service Crew (Advantageous).
• Have proven experience working on underground heavy equipment (Essential).
• NSW Explosives Security Clearance (Beneficial).
• A strong focus on safety.
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Hold a current Manual Australian Drivers Licence.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.

The services we provide range from mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting and fleet.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity is now available for experienced Front Line Jumbo Operators to join the PYBAR team at Hillgrove Mine. We're seeking a skilled operator who has naturally progressed through key underground mining roles, with hands‑on experience in Service Crew, Charging Up, and Bogger Operation.

This is a full-time FIFO/ DIDO position offering an immediate start, with meals and accommodation provided on site. Flights are included, with points of hire from all the East Coast.
