Job summary
Mine Site Technologies Pty Ltd – Fortitude Valley QLD is seeking a Product Owner for the HELIX Platform & Ecosystem. You will drive the day-to-day execution of the HELIX roadmap, translating customer needs into well-defined requirements and maintaining a high-quality backlog.
You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery of new platform capabilities and continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience with backlog management and user story development.
- Strong Agile delivery experience across software products or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HELIX product backlog and ensure items are defined and ready for development.
- Translate customer needs into epics, features and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate release planning and cross-functional delivery activities across teams.
- Support platform capabilities across cloud services, APIs, integrations, analytics and edge tech.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Delivery and Support to remove blockers.
