Job summary

Qualifications

• PO2 requires an Engineering degree for professional membership with Engineers Australia.
• Compliance with NPC and WWCC prior to employment, renewal periodically.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to policy development, project and reform initiatives across heavy vehicle and freight sectors.
• Support national transport reforms and input into major road/transport infrastructure projects.
• Engage with state, national and industry stakeholders to address heavy vehicle access, productivity, safety and regulatory issues.
• Prepare briefings, correspondence, reports and policy advice; research issues and communicate complex information clearly.
