Monadelphous is seeking an Operations Support Manager for our Engineering Construction (EC) team, based in Victoria Park, WA. You will lead a key component of our Heavy Lift Business Unit, delivering crane services to internal and external clients across Australia.
The role combines people leadership, fleet management, planning, and financial accountability to drive performance. You will steer safety initiatives, optimise maintenance, and collaborate with executives to set strategic direction
Qualifications
- Leadership of large teams in a heavy lift/industrial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of crane operations and industrial services within resources sector.
Responsabilités
- Lead from the front to promote continuous improvement and safety culture across sites.
- Drive safety performance and accountability in operational processes.
- Manage talent, performance, training, and succession planning.
- Oversee fleet management, maintenance, and fleet strategy across Australia.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial performance targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers.
