2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics for long-term roles with Australian employers across transport, mining, agriculture and construction.

International candidates may be considered with visa sponsorship and relocation support. Candidates should hold a recognised trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanics, have at least 3 years hands-on experience, and be adept at diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• A recognised trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanics.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on trade experience.
• Practical experience identifying and resolving mechanical faults.
• Experience working with heavy vehicles, mobile plant or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• A valid driver's licence.
• A commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to relocate within Australia, depending on the job location.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, maintain and repair diesel-powered vehicles, machinery and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Service, maintain and repair diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering and suspension.
• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles, machinery and components to identify faults.
• Repair, overhauling and replacing defective parts and components.
• Use diagnostic tools, testing equipment and manufacturer technical information to identify and resolve faults.
• Work on heavy trucks, buses, commercial vehicles, earthmoving equipment, agricultural machinery and/or mobile plant.
• Carrying out engine and component overhauls where required.
• Maintaining accurate service reports, maintenance records and repair documentation.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Coordinating with workshop supervisors and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
