Emeco in Gunnedah is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter's - Step Up Supervisor to lead a hands-on crew on our mining fleet. You will drive daily maintenance, safety culture, and performance, while mentoring your team to succeed on site.

The role offers a 7/7 roster with accommodation and meals provided, and opportunities for career progression. You will work with CAT mining earthmoving equipment and enjoy a strong compensation package.

Competenze

• Must hold Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade.
• Experience in Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior tradesperson role.
• Experience on CAT mining equipment.
• Willing to obtain Supervisor Training (G1/G8/G9 + G2/S1/S2/S3) and pass medical/police checks.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior tradesperson role
• Strong background working on CAT mining equipment
• Supervisor Training or willing to obtain (G1, G8, and G9 + G2, formerly known as S1, S2, S3)
• Willing to complete an Order 45 Medical and Police Check
