Emeco International is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter's - Step Up Supervisors to join our site-based teams in the Gunnedah region, providing hands-on leadership across our mining fleet. In this hands-on leadership role you'll mentor the crew, oversee daily maintenance, and promote a strong safety culture.

You'll work side by side with your team to ensure high performance, with a 7/7 roster, accommodation and meals, and a competitive salary package up to $200,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade.
• Experience as Leading Hand or Supervisor or senior tradesperson.
• Experience working on CAT mining equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior tradesperson role
• Strong background working on CAT mining equipment
• Supervisor Training or willing to obtain (G1, G8, and G9 + G2, formerly known as S1, S2, S3)
• Willing to complete an Order 45 Medical and Police Check
