Job summary

Force Equipment Pty is seeking HD Mechanics for roaming field service and site-based work across the Goldfields and Pilbara. You’ll be on the tools from day one, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping heavy mining equipment operating in the field.

Join a safety‑driven team with competitive pay up to 85 AUD/hour, 12% super on every hour worked, and flexible rosters (2/1, 2/2). Interstate travel subsidies (flights up to 800 AUD), a Force-branded Ute & fuel card, and refer-a-mate

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised HD Trade Certificate
• Proven field service experience on heavy earthmoving equipment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and wiring systems on heavy equipment
• A practical, solution-focused team player who gets stuck in

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist field service support across a range of mining operations.
• Work directly with clients to maximise fleet reliability, safety, and equipment performance.
• Build strong relationships by collaborating with site teams, customers, and key stakeholders every day.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver quality repairs with efficiency and precision.
