Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Traffic Control Technician – Heavy Civil to join our on-site teams. You will direct traffic around construction sites, install and maintain temporary and permanent signs, and assist with pavement marking under foreman supervision.

The role requires English communication, ability to move across rough sites, lift up to 50 pounds, and endure outdoor conditions. High school diploma preferred; 1–2 years traffic control experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Move throughout a construction site with ladders and inclines, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Directs traffic in or around a construction site
• Use signs or devices to direct traffic
• Help assemble, position, and clean devices or equipment used to direct traffic
• Performs other related duties.
