Job summary

GN Hearing Australia in North Ryde is seeking a Hearing Aid Product Assembler to join our operations team. You will assemble, test and repair hearing instruments, ensuring devices meet strict quality and performance standards.

You will work with production and logistics to meet daily targets, following documented procedures, with opportunities to grow in a hands-on, electronics-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or repair.
• Experience with ISO Quality Management System is advantageous.

At GN, we design and deliver innovative hearing technology that helps people reconnect with life’s important moments. Our Operations team is responsible for assembling, repairing and testing hearing devices to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

We are looking for a Hearing Aid Product Assembler to join our team in North Ryde. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, test and repair hearing instruments while working closely with the wider operations team to ensure devices are prepared accurately and efficiently for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Repairing, Assembling, finishing and testing hearing instruments and components
• Diagnosing and repairing hearing devices to meet quality and performance standards
• Conducting quality control and compliance checks to ensure devices meet regulatory requirements
• Preparing completed devices for packaging and dispatch
• Working closely with the production and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets

About You.

As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to GN in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to learn quickly and follow documented procedures
• A positive, reliable team player who enjoys hands-on work
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Interest or experience in electronics manufacturing or repair
• Experience working within an ISO Quality Management System or using Navision is advantageous
• 5 days per week at our state of the art facility with starting hours between 6:30 am-7:30am
