Job summary

Calvary Health Care is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Officer to shape rostering strategy, drive data‑driven decisions, and improve rostering efficiency across hospitals, aged care and home care services. You will collaborate with leaders to implement best‑practice scheduling, ensure policy alignment and budget adherence, and deliver UKG/Kronos training.

You will analyse rostering data, support enterprise agreement compliance, and partner with Talent and operations to optimize workforce

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or rostering in large, busy environments.
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights and reporting.
• Strong Excel and analytics capabilities to monitor rostering performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to shape workforce planning strategy across hospitals, aged care and home care services.
• Maintain roster administration aligned with policies and budgeted plans.
• Deliver training and support for UKG/Kronos rostering, including Enterprise Agreement requirements.
