Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is seeking a Workplace Trainer and Careers Advisor to deliver training and support to staff across NHW and regional services. The role will design learning programs up to Diploma level and manage assessment activities to meet employee needs.

You will advise on career pathways and future training, supporting staff with limited computer skills or language barriers, with some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver learning programs from Certificate II through to Diploma levels.
• Plan and deliver group and individual training.
• Facilitate workplace learning and develop assessment activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide career pathway advice and training opportunities.
• Support staff with limited computer skills and language needs.
• Deliver training evenings and weekends as required.
