Job summary

Ascom invites a Sales Consultant to join our Sydney team, bridging technical insight with consultative selling to help healthcare providers leverage our ICT solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with Account Managers, tailor solutions to customer requirements, and contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and CRM activity.

You will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and help drive growth while representing Ascom's global healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Experience in solution-based sales, technical sales support, or pre-sales consulting.
• Healthcare ICT or related industries experience is highly regarded.
• Customer-focused, technically curious, and able to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into practical Ascom solutions with Account Managers.
• Develop technical content for quotations and proposals.
• Present product features, benefits, and use cases to customers.
• Manage CRM records and sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
