Zusammenfassung

RLDatix is seeking a Melbourne-based Implementation Consultant to join our Services Delivery team. You will deliver standardised SaaS deployments, from requirements gathering through go-live, enabling customers to achieve optimal outcomes from RLDatix workforce management solutions.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, running workshops, configuring platforms, training users, and supporting change management while leveraging AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, implementation consulting, or Workforce Management software.
• 3+ years of rostering experience, ideally in acute healthcare or aged care.
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology transformation projects.

Aufgaben

• Deliver successful implementations of RLDatix workforce management products.
• Gather and document customer requirements for product setup and workflows.
• Configure and deploy SaaS platform solutions using established methodologies.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for customers and enablement teams.
• Support change management and go-live activities to ensure smooth adoption.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in implementations.
