• Lead and develop Project Managers, Site Leaders and delivery professionals.
• Drive governance, risk management and contract/commercial discipline across a complex portfolio.
• Strengthen resource planning and operational efficiency in the territory.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors.
