The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Contract Management Administration Officer to join our Procurement and Contract Management team.

You will support planning, implementation and ongoing management of contracts, MOUs and service level agreements, while assisting with procurement, tender processes, contract administration and performance reporting across CAHS sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement or contract management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret information and identify solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships across stakeholders.
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the planning, development and administration of contracts and service agreements.
• Supporting procurement and tender processes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitoring contract performance, service delivery and expenditure against contractual requirements.
• Preparing reports, correspondence and contract documentation.
• Managing invoices and maintaining accurate contract records.
• Conducting research and analysing data to support contract management activities.
• Building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement and Contract Management.
