Job summary

Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a Contracts Manager in Facilities Management to lead procurement activities and manage maintenance contracts across the CHS portfolio. You will develop, review and administer contracts, SLAs and variations, monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with procurement and leasing legislation.

The role supports panel deeds, contract registers, audits, and coordination with FM teams in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or procurement in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong administrative and client-focused skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and maintenance contracts across the CHS portfolio.
• Coordinate development, review and administration of contracts, variations and SLAs.
• Monitor contractor performance and assist in issue resolution and KPI delivery.
• Maintain Panel Deeds, contract/work order registers and conduct compliance audits.
