Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Application Specialist to triage incoming cases, troubleshoot, analyze, and identify software-related issues while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will own, investigate, and resolve complex problems within SLAs, including product upgrades, server migrations, and installations.

Responsibilities include establishing backups, testing databases, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, .NET stack, and GUI frameworks.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving software issues with strong troubleshooting.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and experience with client-server products.
