DFP is offering a temporary assignment in Sydney CBD for a contact centre role focused on healthcare sector customer service. You will handle high-volume enquiries via phone, email and web channels, recording interactions in internal systems and meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Availability to commence on 12 October 2026.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and web channels in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist healthcare professionals with registration-related enquiries.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
• Meet performance expectations relating to call handling, schedule adherence and quality.
• Escalate or refer complex enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Adapt communication style to support customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the contact centre.
• Participate in coaching, feedback and performance development activities.
