Job summary

Australian Clinical Labs is seeking a Business Development Manager (GP) to drive growth across Western Australia by building trusted partnerships with GPs and specialists and representing a brand that improves and saves lives.

You'll own your territory, develop account plans with the Sales Manager, maintain regular stakeholder touchpoints, and track progress in the CRM to hit KPIs. A strong field-sales track record in healthcare will set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPI targets in field sales, healthcare experience favored.
• Account management mindset: proactive, self-managed and accountable for results.
• Confident engaging multiple stakeholders from practice managers to specialists.
• Disciplined CRM use to capture interactions and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build new and strengthen existing partnerships with GPs and specialists.
