Job summary

Australian Clinical Labs is seeking a Business Development Manager (GP) to grow our South Australian territory by building trusted partnerships with general practitioners and specialists. You will promote services, provide education, and support, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

You will work with the Sales Manager to implement territory plans and monitor performance in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience in GP field sales and a proven track record of achieving KPI targets.
• Strong account management mindset with proactive business ownership.
• Proficient in using a CRM to track client interactions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build new and strengthen existing partnerships with GPs and specialists, promoting services and education.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to execute territory and key account plans with evaluation and course-correction.
