Job summary

Sydney Education, a part of Sydney Local Health District, delivers over 300 courses annually, designed to enhance clinical and non-clinical capabilities. This role focuses on designing and delivering innovative education, developing resources, and partnering with stakeholders to meet workforce needs.

You will support staff to translate learning into practice and drive the Sydney Education Strategic Plan through high-quality programs and ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Commitment to professional development of self and others, including reflective practice.
• Ability to produce high quality written educational resources and evaluation reports.
• Experience in supervisory or senior roles with workplace coaching and project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality education and training initiatives to SLHD staff.
• Develop and deliver education in the Professional Practice and Development portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify workforce development needs.
• Support staff to translate learning into practice and align with the Sydney Education Strategic Plan.
