Job summary

Star Group is seeking an Electrical Service Coordinator to support a health-sector maintenance project across Western Sydney. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, keep technicians and clients connected, and ensure sites run safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, managing workflows, liaising with health sector clients, and supporting the contract across Nepean and Lower Blue Mountains regions, with occasional after-hours coordination for urgent

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trades or field service teams in electrical/facilities maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, clear communicator liaising with clients and technicians.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership when plans change.
• Experience with job management or scheduling software (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Scheduling the team of electrical service technicians across multiple sites.
• Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive/emergency works.
• Liaising with health sector clients and updating on job status.
• Managing job workflows, work orders and compliance documentation.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring on-time completion.
• Support technicians with resourcing and access issues.
• Work with Account Manager and technical team to keep contract running smoothly.
• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours coordination for urgent works.
